Has Jesus been knocking on your "door"? Not just through this incident, but people around you have been sharing about Him, people shared the Gospel with you etc.. He has many many ways for you to get to know you, and trust me, He works in mysterious way that we can't imagine, that's why He is God!

But why he is doing all these things? One reason, for you to get to know Him, as your Savior, as your Father.

Amazing Grace

It's amazing to see how God actually work in someone's life in a mysterious work that is far beyond our imagination. Often we would think that " this person is hopeless" , " he don't deserve to be save" , "she won't accept Christ as her Lord" and the list goes on and on.

But after looking at my aunty's life (dad's elder sis), it changes my perception of how God can work in way we can't see or imagine. I then realised that, how small/insignificant am I. What is impossible for God when He is the one who created this universe by just His words?

Aunty was an devoted buddisht/taoist when we were staying together, it was during primary 2 if i'm not wrong. Everyday, she would be the first one to wake up and clean the "idol" and offered new fruits etc..

Thank God she got saved after married because her spouse shared the Gospel to her . But that's not the reason why she became a christian but because God used her spouse as a channel to allow her to know Jesus. Was/am touched by her life has changed after accepting Christ into her life, the way she thinks and talk is so different compared to last time. I remember when she just got saved, she was like telling me she has finally found the way, truth and life. In other word, the true God. And how foolish of her (that's what exactly she said) to have been praying to idol - "god" that are made by man and also followed blindly.

Am really delighted to witness of her new-born (baptise) and how her life reflected to be a good testimony for Jesus so that other may see Jesus in her! I prayed that God can continue to use her life to be the salt and the light of this world that many will get to know of their Saviour and God (:

Fatal accident along Upper Thomson Road kills one woman

SINGAPORE: A 76—year—old lady was knocked down and killed by a suspected drunk—driver Sunday morning at 6.50am.

Mrs Helen Wee and her husband were on their way to church on Upper Thomson Road when they were hit by a car. Paramedics pronounced Mrs Wee dead at the scene.

Her husband, 76—year—old Peter Wee, sustained head injuries and was sent to Tan Tock Seng Hospital.

The driver, a 33—year—old Chinese man, was arrested for drink—driving and is now out on bail.

The couple’s son said they were walking along the road instead of the pavement as the walkway was occupied by cars.

"There’s no pavement at all. The pavement is all being parked by cars," said Mr Wee. "So, there’s no way anybody can walk on the pavements even though it’s there. That’s why (my parents) probably walked along the side of the road, by the pavement beside the cars, and that’s where my mom got hit."

Indeed, the Lord give and take away. We do not know when He will call us back to Him. Did we treasure the time we have with our love one? Does our life reflect His glory? Good question to ponder eh?

The big fat scary As started today! Had this random thought like, if i didn't leave jc in the first place, am i ready to take the exam or am i just gonna prepared to die! But at the same time, it seems kinda "exciting" eh? After 2 years of studies, everything is on just one exam! In other word, your "life" is at stake on just one exam that kind of thing. Oh well, people often asked if i regret coming to poly otherwise i will be doing As and enjoying my long holiday plus serving the nation... But yea, i've never regret coming over, otherwise you wouldn't have been in my life(:

thank God that I was able to actually talk to my step-mum and I did something that was beyond my imagination, like passing her medication?

okay, to be frank, i really detest her for what she has done to me and my sis when we were much more younger, all the scolding and beating.. Till today, i had this "thing" within me that reminds me of how she used ill-treat us and stuff.. Like I've been telling myself to let go kinda thing, but i just couldn't, was like so tough. Yea, indeed it's impossible, for me at least, to allow people to slap me on the right side when she has slapped me on the left side.

but yea, i actually went to took some pill and passed it to her and was quite glad in a way (:
like, it's really tiring to loathe someone.

glad to see dickson coming back to church after a period of time and he was the reason why i spent 12 bucks on cab to his place!! hahha! ( you better pay me back! )

was in cab back here with jiahao and he said something that, in a way struck me. He was telling me that dickson is my "fruit" kinda thing because i was the one who brought him to church.. Felt kinda "bad" because i kinda left him alone, without spending time with him etc.. come to realised that it's always better to have someone spend time with in order to grow in faith!

and, of course, jiahao is definitely good at this! hahah!

When i was about to go to bed, came across the channel 8 news and it was reporting about more natural disaster is happening around the world. Such as Mexico is currently facing the worst drought ever in 60 years, some flood in US etc.. It's really upset to see such thing happening around the world, people are dying etc.. But that's not the end, the question is, are they saved?

Jesus mentioned that in the end times, more natural disaster will occur around the world. And yes, we're indeed living in the last-days.. At the other hand, i'm really glad because the Lord is coming to get us (: no more sickness, no sadness etc..

When I was on my way back home, felt that He has spoken to me through some little incident. That was this blind lady who took the same train as i was and she was all alone. After I've guide her to the place she wants to go, few thoughts came into my mind. I mean, i was really thankful for Him who have given me perfect body where i can run, see etc. Often in life, we take all these little little things for granted and only realised how vital they mean to us after we lose it.

Another thought was that, we all are just like that blind lady who is "lost" in the darkness and we need someone by our side to guide us in every step that we take and finally bring us back to Home (: and that person is none other than Him!

Finally school's sem break is coming real soon! but before that, we would have to cross the exam hurdle :/
Which means to say that I would be drinking lots of starbuck + lots of chocolate & library session!!

got back most of the coursework grades, though to other it's average, but i'm content because of Jeremiah29:11 (:
well.. before i got into poly, i was really kinda result "ksu" in a sense. meaning, i would aim for high gpa or grades etc.. but, He has show me that, at the end of the day, it's not the result but about Him. When we stand before Him, He won't be impress about our 10 A+ or gpa4 ettc.. but how much have we really surrender our life to Him and do what He wants us to do. thank You Lord for all the result (:
